ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
We reserve a right to accept or reject orders placed through our website www.krinapatelcouture.com. We try our utmost best to provide the best quality products to our buyers. As our garments are all on a "made to order" basis and specially handcrafted for our buyers, in case of requests for order cancellations, as part of our policy, the orders once processed will not be cancelled/exchanged/returned and no refund will be provided.
SIZING
The fit of our products may vary on the cut, style and fabrics of each product. Some products are designed to have a loose or relaxed fit while others are more fitted. Buyers may please refer to our sizing chart and select the best size that suits them.
PRODUCT PROPERTIES AND WASH CARE
All our products are handcrafted using the finest fabrics, the subtle variations in colors, textures and finish are intrinsic to handmade products. Please note if any, irregular weave or print than it is not a defect and handcrafted by definition means uncertainty when to uniformity. We encourage our customers to use only Dry-Clean process on our products.
COLORS
We have done our best to display our products as accurately as possible with the colors of the products that appear on the Web site. However, we cannot guarantee that user's monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as all computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Further, colors might vary in pictures than actual product in some cases.
PAYMENTS
Order(s) will be considered as processed once the bill amount is realised on our side untill then order will be marked as pending / pending payment status. If amount was deducted before the order was completed, please contact your bank for transaction reversal.
DELIVERY
Product will be delivered in time period as mentioned on site depending on the outfit ordered. Please note that deliveries can be affected in case we do not receive any of the below information on time:

Please note that we at Krina Patel try our best in ensuring that the product reaches you within given time. In order to fasten our process, we have tied up with several third party vendors for quicker deliveries. However, in case of delay from a third party, we do not take any responsibility.
SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. The shipping charges for all shipping within India is free and is completely borne by us. However, the shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.
