Shipping policy

Usually we take around 4 to 6 weeks to dispatch orders depending on the garment’s design and style.

For Domestic Shipping:

The shipping charges for all shipping within India is free and is completely borne by us.

Delivery within India takes 2 to 3 business days depending on the location. Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. In any such situations we intend to keep you updated at every step.

For International Shipping:

The shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched and will automatically calculated at checkout.

Delivery internationally takes 5 to 6 business days depending on the location. Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. In any such situation we intend to keep you updated at every step.

For most countries, we ship garments on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, the buyer is liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country the buyer resides in. To release the order from customs on arrival, the buyer must pay these charges off at the time of delivery.

We takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address, and will not provide any refunds in such cases.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
